摘要
Problem statement. Empirical and experimental models used for predicting smoke movement in fire have a number of substantial limitations, such as difficulty of modeling of premises of complex configuration and limited model-prototype relationship. Mathematical modeling with the use of computational hydrodynamics helps to get round the restrictions. In present paper, the methods of mathematical modeling were used to study the process of air flow formation and distribution of heated smoke in premises of complex configuration in the course of fire. Results and conclusions. The results of mathematical modeling of smoke content in premises of complex configuration at initial stage of fire are presented. The equations of continuity, momentum conservation, heat and mass transfer are used to describe aerodynamic processes and processes of heat and mass exchange. Detailed numerical modeling of formation of airflow and fields of concentration of smoke is performed.
