摘要：
A case-report about a 60 year old woman suffering from chronic pain after sexual abuse describes typical therapeutic procedures at the Curtius-Klinik (Bad Malente-Gremsmuhlen). Bodyorientated therapy is being combined with symboldrama (guided affective imagery, GAI). The emerging images of GAI, deriving fom body experience can be a first step towards adequate verbalisation. Symboldrama can build a bridge between overwhelming emotions without proper words, deriving from the traumatic experience and a verbal understanding.
