The plan of equality in the context education. A case study

摘要
Regulatory developments pose a reorientation of organizations in order to achieve the promotion of gender equality as a basic foundation. At the national and regional levels are regulated and establish different strategies and actions in the educational context stands as a key element and a priority. Initially this framework was implemented plans coeducational until the inclusion of equality plans. This research is aimed at evaluating one of those Plans, established in an Andalusian institute, using a shaped by indicators created according to specific rules questionnaire and semi-structured interviewing key staff of the Centre. This development has revealed a line of work with a high degree of compliance, which can serve as a reference to other centers on the assumption of these plans. However, deficiencies that require intervention are detected, the poor remain relevant consideration of Information Technology and Communication (ICT) and the participation of families in this context.
