Numerical solution of free convection flow of a micro-polar fluid past a porous vertical plate

摘要
An implicit finite difference method is applied to obtain the numerical solution of free convection flow, of an incompressible micro-polar fluid past an infinite vertical porous plate taking into account transpiration effect. The effects of material constants, transpiration parameter and Prandtl number are observed on velocity field and skin-friction. In addition, the effects of material constants and Prandtl number are also observed on micro-rotation of the micro-polar fluid.
