摘要：
The author analyzes the factors inhibiting the formation of entrepreneurial agroklaster in the North Caucasus Federal District, because, in my opinion it is the policy direction will help increase the competitiveness of the region's economy in an increasingly globalized world. To gather information on the study applied expert methods, including surveys of business, government, nonprofit organizations.
