摘要
Natural rubber/polyethylene blends were compounded in a discontinuous internal mixer with different amounts of filler and cure system for dynamic vulcanisation and examined relating to morphology and mechanical properties. A strong influence of the processing parameters speed, cycle time and temperature of the tempering medium can be seen. Opposite to NR the ozon resistance of the blends is very high. Moreover, a possibility is presented optimizing an operation point by the emulsion theory, which is extended by the consideration of the deformation caused by elongation.
