摘要
Under French law, the ongoing relationship between law and collective working agreements is grounded in the constitutional principle of participation. Changes in the normative system issue from evolution in contract law. Besides traditional implementation by the coming into force of legislation via collective agreements, the legislator has, in addition, reinforced requirements pertaining to compliance with contractual agreements and enhanced freedom for entrepreneurial associates to determine the substance of agreements. Lastly, legislative reform has been undertaken to strengthen the role of entrepreneurial associates in the making of legislation pertaining to Labour Law.
