PRE-PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN INITIAL EDUCATION OF THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF MILAGRO

摘要
The study was approached from a descriptive-interpretative approach then, it is a qualitative exploratory research assisted by in-depth interviews with ten teacher tutors regarding the performance of students during pre-professional practices. Documentary analysis was also used, a technique that was supplemented by a survey of 45 students. Its objective was to determine the most significant difficulties presented by the students of the Bachelor's Degree in Initial Education at the State University of Milagro during the development of pre-professional practices in the 2016-2017 academic year. First of all, a general characterization is made of the Faculty of Education Sciences of the State University of Milagro, particularizing the Bachelor's Degree in Initial Education. Referents are elucidated around the pre-professional practical category, to then expose the most significant difficulties presented by the students of the Bachelor's Degree in Initial Education of the State University of Milagro during the development of pre-professional practices in the course 2016-2017. The work corroborated the need to design training workshops in relation to the process of pre-professional practices in particular for tutors. In the same way, it reinforced the orientation of the students and worked on the design of a didactic methodological guide for the development of pre-professional practices.
