摘要
Coronary surgery still represents the most common cardiac surgical intervention. The currently achievable technical degree of perfection is very high and especially the durability of the surgically created coronary anastomosis determines the superiority in the long-term results in comparison to stent therapy, as the series of Syntax publications shows. The ability of surgical therapy of coronary heart disease to compete depends not only on the quality of the coronary anastomosis, which are commonly used. However, the technique varies relatively strong. It was, therefore, the goal to present and explain the techniques of the different institutions (Giessen, Basel, Innsbruck). Special interest has been placed on lateral end-to-side anastomosis as well as the longitudinal and lateral side-to-side anastomosis.
