摘要
Simulation and kinetic measurement data are compared for reactions on a dc glow discharge in Ar + 2% CH4 and in undiluted methane and also in an HF discharge in undiluted ethane. The dissociation initiation and conversion mechanisms are dependent on the conditions composition, pressure, gas temperature, and wall temperature. There is a contribution from dissociation involving H atoms for the discharges in the undiluted hydrocarbons.
