POLITICAL THEORY AND CONSTITUTIONALISM IN THE LIBERAL REGIMES OF SPAIN AND ITALY

At the end of XIX century, the constitutional development of Spain and Italy had different results and practices, and some apparent similarities, between both liberal regimes. They were operated according to internal standard of judgement, where political theory played a relevant role in the understanding of what should be the constitutional application at any historical circumstances.
