摘要
The work is devoted to adjustment the fractionation schemes of wheat straw biomass in the ionic liquid environment, and determining the effects of treatment temperature on the yield and composition of the fractions. Treatment of straw has been carried out in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride environment at temperature range of 100-150 degrees C, at atmospheric pressure, and the duration of 1 hour. It is found that the rise of processing temperature promotes the destruction of the straw and separation of narrow fractions of the main components. At 150 degrees C more than 80% of hemicellulose and 72% of lignin from theirs initial content in straw have been isolated as individual fractions. Cellulose recovered after treatment of straw at 150 degrees C was found to have the weakened network of hydrogen bonds. Hydroxyphenylpropane structural fragments were found to be present in lignin in prevalent amount along with guaiacyl- and syringylpropane fragments.
