摘要：

Reactive arthritis-like pattern is a constellation of clinical symptoms. The most important one is a psoriasiform dermatitis, arthritis usually resistant to topical treatment, accompanied with keratoderma blenorrhagicum, balanitis and onychodystrophy. The key influential factor is HIV infection. We describe a patient who fulfils the new and controversial criteria of this medical condition. (C) 2011 Polish AIDS Research Society.
