摘要
This paper presents a new method for calculating an optimal annual maintenance schedule for the generating facilities of a power system. Minimizing the expected annual production costs is chosen as the favourable objective criterion, but other objectives, e.g. optimizing the system reliability, are also practicable with the new algorithm. The optimization is done by integer linear programming (ILP). Therefore it can easily be adapted to different power systems. First the mathematical formulation is described which is the basis of the new maintenance-scheduling method. Afterwards the results of calculations with the new program are presented. The accuracy of the solution and the computational time are discussed. In addition, the objective of minimizing the production costs is compared with that of maximizing the system reliability. © 1990.
