摘要
The basic equations for turbulent entrance flow are deduced from an asymptotic expansion of the Navier-Stokes equations and the thermal energy equation for Re --> infinity. Together with a turbulence model they can be solved numerically. Solutions are independent of the Reynolds and Prandtl number. Based on theses solutions, the skin friction and heat transfer as well as velocity and temperature profiles can be determined for finite Reynolds numbers and Prandtl numbers O(1).
