摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the decision of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of 20 April 2012, which estimates the gender discrimination within the lease unilaterally terminate the services of the clinic owner aesthetic services medical specialist when a person wanted to reinstate it after her pregnancy and maternity leave. The starting point will be to identify the antecedents of the judgment, to analyze the principle of non-discrimination on grounds of sex and then study the application made to the High Court case study to determine the existence of such discrimination.
