Use of baclofen in alcoholism. Baclofen has been used for forty years as a muscle relaxer. The use of this molecule for its "anti-craving" effect is interesting. Studies carried out into the action of this drug in alcohol-dependence will enable a judgement regarding its efficacy and its tolerance profile to be made. (C) 2015 Elsevier Masson SAS.
