摘要：
In the article examined, the features of organization of growth of intellectual capital that is needed for the effective use of resources of organization fund allow to increase a production of goods volume. An author is show basic directions, stages and efficiency of work of this fund. The prognosis calculation of growth of intellectual capital fund is Given. Exactly creation of this fund will give an opportunity to the Kazakhstan companies to overcome a financial crisis and be competitive at the market.
