REGIONAL LITERARY AND ARTISTIC LOG IN RUSSIAN MEDIASISTEM

The article defined the place and role of Russian literary and artistic magazines in contemporary socio-cultural space, based on the success of the past decades of development of domestic media. The author examines the formation and dialectical development of Russian literary and artistic magazines in the post-Soviet era. The article identified specific regional literary journals in the province allocated socio-cultural entity, communicative quality certainty regional literary-art magazine, which is one of the most important factors in maintaining, strengthening and formation of a common cultural space in post-Soviet Russia, the specific mode of transmission of social experience. The author examines the creative and social component of this type of publication, defines its audience component that offers ways and means for the development of this segment of the mass media.
