More HDI and Social Philosophy: A Issue of Social Justice

The beginning of critical research (Critical Theory) is based on the analysis of social reality as well as the orientation to emancipation through the diagnosis of social pathologies occurring within the social reality itself. Even in the face of such a task and taking into account a contemporary "Zeitgeist" from a society, the critical thinking claims revisions in its assumptions. Therefore, the critique becomes a challenge for Critical Theory itself. In this sense, social philosophy, based both on the idea of a social ontology and on the concept of "Social", presents itself as the mainstay of a critical social-normative research program insofar as, for example, underlies the social justice as basis for thinking on emancipation. Taking into account these assumptions, I aim to make explicit in this research that the social program "More HDI" constitutes-as a social-institutional life form - a possible reference of effectiveness to social praxis.
