Descriptive study about initial training teacher of physical education school

The concern about initial training that Primary Education degree students in Physical Education speciality receive, leads us to do this investigation. We want to know and analyze the opinion of students and professors from this degree, agreeing with European Higher Education Area. For that, we realize a qualitative, descriptive and transverse investigation, using a questionnaire as an instrument, where the 119 subjects surveyed express their opinion. This study gave voice to two groups related to Physical Education teaching, what allowed us to get close to the educational reality witnessed in the A Coruna Education Faculty, getting as a result the lack of initial training to be a School Physical Education teacher. Finally, we need to mention that the initial objectives are achieved, obtaining as main conclusion of this study that surveyed people think Physical Education Speciality training received at Primary Education degree was not enough.
