摘要
The spectral domain dyadic Green's function that involves infinite spectral integrals is developed for stratified media. The Poisson summation formula is then used to transform these infinite spectral integrals into infinite double summations to make them applicable to infinite arrays of conductors printed on a dielectric slab. A Galerkin method is used to discretize and solve the electric-field integral equations for the geometry of a two-dimensional array of conducting patches. The method of analysis is then used to study the reflection and transmission properties of rectangular patch elements, for both co-polar and cross-polar components of the field. The variation of the resonance frequency with the aspect ratio of the rectangle is also investigated.
