摘要
This article intends to, reconstruct" and discuss Derrida's conception of law. The main challenge is this, counterpoint": law (as language and power) / justice (the exercise of justice) as law and right / justice as deconstruction (as a, responsibility without limits"). The development is concerned with the, deconstructive way" of thinking contexts (as a dialogue with speech act theory), the, promise of democracy" (and the possibilities of a critical, emancipation"), but also ethics (as the experience of, absolute alterity"). Do the problems of singularity and judgement condemn us to unsurpassable aporias? Does Derrida's understanding of law (and right) respect differance or the, indefi nite openig" (the, essential nontotalization") of the involved contexts?
