摘要
The possibility is studied of the use of physical unclonable functions as a source of randomness for the generation of true random number sequences. A digital device based on this idea and the FPGA is designed. The advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the device compared to similar developments are listed. A true random number sequence is verified using the NIST and Diehard tests.
