摘要：
SIBILLA 3.0 (Supporto Informative di Base per l'Investigazione della Legislazione Locale Ambientale) is a KBS (Knowledge-Based System) for analysis and use of local Planning Acts from the environmental point of view. The main target of SIBILLA is to offer the user a georeferenced, structured and easy to handle knowledge about overlapped Planning Acts and an useful tool for the user can build his rule-based interpretations and syntheses through thematic maps and textual reports.
