摘要
In this article the new political scenario in Spain is tackled behind the impacts of technological change, economic crisis and the effects of the great shock in the political chessboard that meant the movement 15M in 2011. The combination of these factors has generated a great opportunity for change in institutions. Institutions that have been suffering a great loss of credibility and legitimacy, because corruption and by the feeling that they were increasingly out of people's problems. From the logic of social movements, we could see various formulas, more or less close to the party frame, which have forged political candidacies to retrieve and modify institucional agenda governmental ways of doing. The area of tension between the "inside" and "outside" of the institutions will be the key point in order to evaluate what has become known as the "new politics"
