摘要
In the contemporary, fast-paced educational environment of the 21st century, the most important person in schools is the learning teacher. The world-wide trend of united pedagogical approach towards each child, regardless of its personal capabilities, justifies the urge to implement an innovative practical approach by the tutors, involved in the overall process of education, upbringing and socialization of children. The project "Training of teaching professionals" was a first attempt stematically resolving this issue at national level. The targeted results of the ongoing nationwide training are to further develop and expand the teaching professionals's knowledge, skills and competencies, need for their work with children and students.
