A UNIVERSAL REPRESENTATION WITHOUT GLOBAL SCALING INVARIANCE OF ENERGY-SPECTRA IN DEVELOPED TURBULENCE

摘要
A representation is proposed for energy spectra in developed turbulence, which is based on translations and homotheties in logarithmic coordinates. This representation, incompatible with Kolmogorov's self-similarity hypothesis, works for much smaller Reynolds numbers than the classical Kolmogorov one.
