摘要
Two components of the COSY control system are discussed. One is the system for control of the correction magnet power converters and the other is the timing system. The power converters are controlled by VME crate systems, each crate being able to control up to four power converters. The timing system consists of a VME timing system transmitter, a transmission network and receivers in the power converter crates. Figures for the resolution required and achieved are given.
