摘要：

South Australia's coast extends over 4,250 kilometres. Its landscape includes the high cliffs of the western coasts of Eyre Peninsula and Kangaroo Island, the sandy beaches of the south-east, and the Fleurieu, Eyre and Yorke Peninsulas, and the calm water mudflats, saltmarshes and mangroves of the gulfs. Its marine waters, by way of its various upwellings, currents and gulfs provide a broad range of habitats, with many varieties of flora and fauna endemic to the region.
