摘要：
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic systemic disease which mainly affects synovial joints and leads to disability of patient. Early diagnosis and aggresive therapy may prevent disability. The serologic marker, rheumatoidfactor (RF) wich is usedana criteria is diagnosis RA, can be detected in patients suffering from other diseases. The resalting lach of specificity RA can lead confusion and unwanted treatments: This review focus new seralogic marker anti-cyclic citrul-linated peptide (anti-CCP) which has more sensitive and specific than more.
