摘要：
Extramedullary plasmacytoma of the larynx is a rare clinical entity, well described in the adult population, but infrequently encountered in the pediatric population. We present a case report of a 17 year old female found to have a solitary extramedullary plasmacytoma of the supraglottis along with localized laryngeal amyloid. In contrast to traditional treatment, our patient was treated with surgical excision alone and remains clinically free of disease after two years of follow-up. (C) 2014 Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
