THE DENSITY OF PEIERLS CONTOURS IN D = 2 AND THE HEIGHT OF THE WEDDING CAKE

摘要：
For the two-dimensional nearest neighbour Ising magnet above the critical temperature, the density of Peierls contours that separate two distant points is shown to be strictly positive. As a direct consequence it is shown, in the Wedding Cake model, that in the corresponding regime, the height of the surface scales with the linear dimensions of the system.
