摘要
A novel high frequency quantum size effect in the surface impedance of metal films under quantum anomalous skin effect conditions is predicted. The suppression of the Landau damping by the size quantization leads to reconstruction of the skin layer and to specific magnetic field dependence of the impedance near the cyclotron resonance conditions.
