摘要：
Enantiomerically pure N-substituted alpha-(2-exo-hydroxy-10-bornylsulfinyl)maleimides 1 have been synthesized diastereoselectively, and these dienophiles undergo Diels-Alder reactions readily with furan to give the corresponding cycloadducts with high diastereoselectivity.
