摘要
The present article aims to articulate a sociology of the family through the investigation of the different variables which compose class determinations. It presents comparative results between two kinds of social class experience: the first one is the new Brazilian working class and the second one is observed in the established middle class, in which the primary contradictions of precarious labor are attenuated. The text is based on the sociology of dispositions, focusing on the understanding of the concept of family not as a static unity, but as a dynamic one. In this sense, the interplay between class theory and different family models in modernity is taken into account.
