Digitals minorities for the information sciences

It is described the main characteristics of qualitative research methodologies and is justified the selection of Grounded Theory as a method for conceptualizing digital minorities as a social reality. It is determined the Conceptual relationships by the central category of research -digital minorities- with the phenomena that determine their status -economic, political, sociocultural and informational- under to identify those properties -dimensions, consequences, types and processes- from which are established conceptual convergences. It is proposed a definition of the category of infoethics principles that allow to imbricate the discourses of minorities against epistemological challenges that face the Informational Sciences against the converging informational scenarios.
