摘要：
In the relations associated with application of a digital product in Internet environment various subjects participate. In the article a legal classification of such information subjects as service providers is offered. A comparative legal analysis of the information legislation of Russia, laws of the USA and positions of the Instruction on electronic trade of the European union 2000/31/EC is carried out. It is underlined that introduction of additional criteria for existing legal classification of the persons rendering Internet services, associated with particular services and functions, is necessary.
