摘要
Introduction: Low back pain leads to the deficits of daily activities and to the reduction of quality of life. This is a very important social and occupational problem because it is very frequent in the population (55%) and very often our treatment is not effective. The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of a senso-motor training on the pain description and quality of life in a group of patients with chronic low back pain (LBP). Material and method: 20 patients with chronic low back pain took place in the senso-motor training with biofeedback, control group estimated 20 patients with LBP. In both groups standard treatment was executed for 10 days. Conclusions: Senso-motor training with biofeedback has the major impact on the improvement of quality of life compare to the standard training as well as the reduction of pain. The most important changes were noticed in social and occupational activity measured in Laitinen scale.
