摘要：

This article reviews the legislation and case law governing Hong Kong's customary land trusts, and briefly compares it with modern statutory standards. This analysis will reveal problems associated with the regulation and adjudication of these Chinese land trusts. Chinese values, customs, and practices appear to be more appropriate in regulating these customary trusts than modern legal standards.
