摘要：
D-erythro-(2R,3S)-Imidazole glycerol phosphate (IGP) and its stereoisomers [(2S,3R), (2R,3R), (2S,3S)] have been synthesized via the Evans aldol reaction. The stereochemical assignments of these isomers and their IGPD-substrate activities were studied.
