Financial planning and improvement of administrative management in the Faculties of Public Universities: case State University of Milagro - Ecuador

The research is the importance of financial planning in managing the faculties of public universities in the region five Ecuador, Case Milagro State University - Ecuador 2013 2016 and the influence on the development of organizations dedicated to professional training in administration. Given the constant changes that has been experiencing in the socioeconomic context of all countries imposed by the current globalization, new requirements for operators or organizations in general they have to operate efficiently and produce good results are set ie adopt an efficient administrative management to be competitive and be in force, leading to set goals and targets aimed at institutional development, exposed by planning. the contributions of financial planning in the administration as a technique that makes possible the achievement of the objectives highlighted, improving development processes of organizations, which for this study, includes those dedicated to the training of management professionals in the Ecuador's public universities. In the course of the investigation, it was considered a non-experimental or cross descriptive approach, describing the results between the relationship of planning, programming, financial efficiency and administrative management of an organization and the importance in improving the Administrative Management faculties of public universities of Ecuador.
