摘要：
Propaganda turned into an effective diplomatic tool of the Soviet government during the interwar period. The system of foreign policy propaganda could not work efficiently without information on domestic and foreign policies of other countries. The use of archival documents enables one to analyze the forms and methods of acquisition and use of the information from abroad by the Soviet state and party structures in 1930s - 1941.
