摘要
The existing parameter function for evaluating CO2-EOR ( Enhanced Oil Recovery) project has been proved to be unreasonable with the Wasson fluid simulation result by using the CMG-GEM software. To solve the incomplete and inaccurate issues of the existing methods, a new evaluation function has been devised for the CO2-EOR project. To facilitate the study, the simplified modes for the oil recovery and carbon sequestration are adopted to calculate the evaluation function. And a graphical method is developed to calculate the oil recovery. With the existing equations, the factor of aquifer influx is taken into account to perfect the predicting volume of carbon sequestration, which reflects the storage equivalent. Then the new evaluation function can be obtained. The effects of rock permeability and reservoir porosity have been studied on the EOR and carbon sequestration.
