ATTITUDE OF TEACHERS TO THE FORMATION OF DEMOCRATIC AND INTERCULTURAL CITIZENSHIP IN COLOMBIA

This investigation it is oriented from a qualitative design, it responds to a comprehensive perspective methodology, that we carried out by means of discussion groups, in which we directed ourselves to detect and to interpret the formation necessities of the teaching staff of four educative institutions of the Commune No 8 of the City of Santa Marta, around educating for a democratic and intercultural citizenship in Colombia, that the elaboration of a program of formation of the teaching staff like one second phase will have like immediate effect, and one third phase that consists of taking part before the necessities detected in search of its improvement.
