摘要
The development of modem methods of communications would be unthinkable without the wide use of phase-locking systems. Phase-locking systems play a particularly important role in the design of synchronous communications and broadcasting networks. The severity of the electromagnetic-compatibility requirements imposed on different communications systems, on the one hand, and the need to increase the data transmission and processing rate, on the other, imply an increase in the requirements imposed on the characteristics of phase-locking systems and frequency synthesizers and stabilizers based on phase-locked systems. The operating efficiency and performance of the whole communications system or the radio complex as a whole depend on the quality of the phase-locked system and the frequency synthesizer and stabilizer. Increasing attention has been devoted to digital phase-locking systems in recent years as a result of the wide introduction of digital data transmission, reception and processing techniques [1, 2].
