摘要
A method of predicting deformation texture, based on the continuity equation, is presented. It allows calculation of the texture function versus the evolution parameter if the rotation rate field is known. The latter was obtained from a polycrystal deformation model and was assumed to be constant during deformation. Moreover, the non-negativity condition for the orientation distribution function was taken into account. The procedure was tested with the rotation rate field leading to the copper-type texture.
