摘要
Thermodynamic characteristics are calculated for a two-band HTSC where superconducting pairing is caused by the dominating interband Coulomb interaction. From the expansion of free energy near T(c) in powers of two gap order parameters the expressions for entropy, specific heat with its jump at T = T(c) and H(c) are derived. A comparison of the calculated values of DELTAC/T(c), DELTAC/C(n) for La2-xSrCuO4+delta and Y1Ba2Cu3O7 with the experimental ones is made. The theoretical dependence of DELTAC on the hole concentration is obtained.
