摘要
The distribution of actinomycetes of the genus Streptosporangium along the vertical structure of forest and meadow biomes of the Okskii Reserve (Russia) was studied. The population density of streptosporangia in sandy soils of Poles'e comprised 9.0 x 10(2) 6.0 x 10(4) CFU/g soil; thus, streptosporangia were an integral part of the actinomycete complex of the soils examined. In flooded meadow biogeocenoses, streptosporangia predominated in all layers of the biome vertical structure. In forest biogeocenoses (coniferous and foliate), their density was highest in the soil layer and lowest in the phyllosphere. Possible participation and place of streptosporangia in the chain of plant matter transformation in soils of the region of interest are discussed.
