Some problems in the time of the advent of Constantine in Rome in the year 312: there had been factions, but now the community was in peace. Constantine recognizes the organization of the Catholic Church in its various forms, especially in its hierarchical components of bishops, priests, deacons and other clergy minor according to the different regions. In the framework of the law on limitation of escape from the curia there is also Constantine's law regarding the Catholic clergy; this legislation is very restrictive.
